We ship from our workshops in Vilnius, Lithuania and Guangzhou, China - the heart of the global jewelry industry. All orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-20 business days worldwide. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes 7-20 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide including the USA, UK, EU countries, Australia, Canada, the Middle East, and throughout Asia.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Warranty
What does SERICA's warranty cover?
SERICA offers 30-day manufacturing defect support from delivery. This covers eligible workmanship issues only. Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing from moisture or chemicals, accidental impact, improper care, loss, theft, and third-party repairs are not covered.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos before sending anything back. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.

What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is 925 sterling silver plated with 1.0-2.5 microns of 18k gold over 925 sterling silver, depending on the design - thicker than standard gold plating. It is the highest quality gold-layered jewelry available.
How do I care for my SERICA jewelry?
Avoid contact with alcohol, cosmetics, and perfumes. Polish gently with a soft cloth. Store in the provided pouch away from moisture.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. All our gemstones - amber, sapphire, ruby, lapis lazuli, mother-of-pearl, malachite, obsidian, and pearls - are 100% natural and ethically sourced from trusted suppliers along the historic Silk Road trade routes.
Is your jewelry hallmarked?
Yes, every SERICA piece is independently tested and hallmarked in sterling silver (925) or 18k gold.
